Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Quiet Progress Co. are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

After purchase, your download link will appear on the confirmation page and be sent to your email. The link is active for 24 hours. If it expires, simply click it again and a new link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you have any trouble downloading or opening your files, or if a file appears damaged or incomplete, please email quietprogressliving@gmail.com. I'll make sure you receive a working copy.
